
Lisa Hoang, PA-C Physician Assistant
Lisa Hoang is a certified physician assistant who recently joined Desert Orthopedic Center. She completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Case Western Reserve University. During her elective rotation, she found her passion for orthopedic surgery and explored various subspecialties in this dynamic field. She is originally from Texas and received her Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from the University of Texas at Austin. After that, she attended PA school. While in Austin, she actively contributed to the community by volunteering as an EMT at local events. She gained valuable experience by working in an urgent care. In her current role, Lisa Specializes in surgery of the hands, wrists, and upper extremities in both the clinic and OR. She uses her skills to diagnose and treat patients with sports or traumatic injuries, as well as treating chronic medical conditions that affect patients’ quality of life. Lisa is dedicated to improving her patients’ symptoms and conditions, providing comprehensive care tailored to their needs. Lisa has a passion for various activities beyond her professional commitments. She loves playing tennis and is currently exploring the work of pickleball. Lisa is also a culinary enthusiast who enjoys experimenting with different recipes in the kitchen. When she is not out and about, she spends time at home with her two cats.
