
Tyler Stiff, PA-C Physician Assistant
Tyler Stiff, PA-C, was born and raised in the Coachella Valley. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development from the University of California, San Diego. After earning his B.A. in Human Development, Tyler returned to the Coachella Valley to complete the prerequisites for PA school. During this time, he worked as an emergency room medical scribe at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs for fi ve years. Tyler then attended Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California, and earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. While playing basketball, Tyler sustained a torn shoulder labrum, which led him to an orthopedic physician assistant who inspired him to work in patient care. His clinical experiences and previous shoulder surgeries sparked an interest in orthopedic surgery. After graduating from Loma Linda University, Tyler worked in outpatient surgery for a year in San Diego despite the cooler weather. He wanted to return home to be closer to his family and friends while still serving his community. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the California Academy of Physician Assistants (CAPA). Tyler enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, playing basketball, and golfing in his free time.
