Desert Orthopedic Center owns and operates an accredited surgery center -- Desert Orthopedic Surgery Center – which is conveniently located at our Rancho Mirage facility. Outpatient procedures are performed in one of two surgical suites. In addition to outpatient surgery, our staff of anesthesiologists and pain management specialists perform epidural injections, as prescribed by a physician, to help relieve back or neck pain.
